Frequently Asked Questions for Open-Box Craft Press 9" x 12" Clamshell Heat Press new-press This difference is purely cosmetic Black Starter Install Kit
What should I compare before choosing a bundle instead of individual options?
Check whether a promotion applies differently to bundled selections. Consider whether support is provided together or through different contacts.
How can I write useful feedback after a purchase?
If your experience changes, use any available update process accurately. Do not imply that a resolution occurred if it is still pending.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Use relevant photographs or records only when they clarify the issue. Ask for an appropriate next step rather than attempting an unsupported fix.
